Privacy Policy for TodoApp: AI Planner & Tasks

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is handled in TodoApp: AI Planner & Tasks (the "App").

1. Data Collection and Usage

Local Data

Our App is designed to protect your privacy. Most of your data (tasks, notes, reminders) is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your private tasks unless you explicitly use a cloud backup feature (if provided).

Location Data

If you use the location-based task features, the App may collect your location data (Fine or Coarse location) to display maps, search for addresses, or trigger reminders. This data is handled locally on your device or via Mapbox API.

Device Identifiers (Supabase)

To manage and enforce free AI usage quotas (Gemini AI), we collect and store your Device ID in a secure record on our backend provided by Supabase. This allows us to track remaining uses per device without requiring a user account.

App Performance and Analytics (Firebase)

The App uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics (provided by Google) to collect information about how you use the App and to monitor its performance.

• Analytics: Collects data such as app interactions and device identifiers to help us understand user behavior.
• Crashlytics: Collects crash logs and diagnostic information to help us identify and fix bugs, ensuring app stability.

Advertising (AdMob)

The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use your advertising ID to provide personalized ads. You can manage these settings in your device's Google settings.

Feedback and Ratings (Supabase)

When you submit feedback or a rating through the App, we collect your comments, rating score, and optionally your name. This data is stored using Supabase to help us improve the App. This data is not linked to your private local tasks.

2. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal task data with third parties. However, certain technical data may be shared with service providers like:

• Supabase: To store feedback, ratings, and manage AI usage quotas.
• Google AdMob: For advertising purposes.
• Firebase (by Google): For app analytics and crash reporting.
• Google Maps & Mapbox: For location, search, and mapping features.

3. AI Services (Google Gemini)

This application uses Google Gemini AI services to provide intelligent features such as task suggestions.

When you use these features, the text you enter may be sent to Google for processing. This data is used solely to generate responses and is not stored by us on our servers. We do not use this data to identify you personally.

4. In-App Purchases (IAP) and Subscriptions

Pro Features

Access to premium features, including but not limited to:

• No Ads: Removal of all third-party advertisements.
• Unlimited AI Quota: Increased daily requests for Gemini AI productivity coaching.
• Cloud Synchronization: Automatic backup and syncing of tasks across devices via Supabase.
• Premium Customization: Access to all exclusive app skins and themes.
• Advanced Maps: Increased search and geocoding limits via Mapbox.

Subscription Terms

• Subscription Plans: We offer Monthly and Annual subscription plans.
• Free Trial: New users may be eligible for a 3-day free trial. If not canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payment Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions at any time through your Google Play Store Account Settings or Apple ID Account Settings.

Refund Policy

Refunds are handled exclusively by the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, according to their respective policies. TodoApp: AI Planner & Tasks does not directly process refund requests for store-managed subscriptions.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

In-App Deletion

You have full control over your data. You can delete individual tasks or clear your entire history within the App's Settings > Data Management section.

Permanent Deletion Request

Since your data is primarily stored on your device, deleting the App will remove all local data.

If you wish to request the deletion of your data from our servers, please follow these steps:

3. We will process your request and delete your data from our servers within 7 business days.
