These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TodoApp: AI Planner & Tasks ("Application", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading and using the Service, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TodoApp: AI Planner & Tasks provides professional task management tools, including but not limited to:

• Task creation and scheduling with time and location reminders.
• Cloud synchronization for Pro users.
• Pro Features: Enhanced productivity tools, AI-powered task coaching, multiple categories, and advanced customization.

3. Subscriptions and Payments (Pro Version)

3.1 Subscription Plans

We offer monthly and annual subscription plans ("Pro Features"). The fees will be charged at the time of purchase and will automatically renew at the beginning of each billing cycle.

3.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

3.3 Management and Cancellation

You can manage or turn off auto-renewal in your Google Play Store Account Settings or Apple ID Account Settings at any time after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active period.

3.4 Refunds

Refunds are processed according to the terms and policies of the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. We do not directly handle refund requests for mobile subscriptions.

4. User Conduct

By using the Service, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to hack, decompile, or reverse-engineer any part of the Application.
• Use AI features to generate harmful, offensive, or malicious content.
• Violate any local, state, or international laws.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all source code, design, features, and functionality, are and will remain the exclusive property of the developer and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service, or the information, content, or materials included therein.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developer, its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of your access to or use of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
